OPCH

The OPCH is a commercial pressure cooker that comes with its own stove. Perfect cooking large proportions for restaurant kitchens.

It helps keep the psychological health of the chef thanks to the reduced amount of outcoming steam and sound compared to traditional pressure cookers. It barely makes any sound! Moreover, it has two safety devices. The OPCH has two control modes:
Automatic temperature-control mode: shut the lid, input the cooking time, and the buzzer will let you know when the food is ready.
Timer Mode: input the cooking time, finish adding condiments, shut the lid, and the buzzer will let you know when the cooking time finishes. This mode allows you to change the temperature manually at any point.
