Last week, we participated in the HCJ 2025 Tokyo Exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight. It was a remarkable success, bringing together industry professionals, cutting-edge technologies, and culinary excellence. As one of the most anticipated kitchen equipment exhibitions, it was the perfect platform for Hattori to showcase our latest innovations and connect with industry leaders. Our participation in HCJ2025 Tokyo reinforced our commitment to "Supporting the Present and Creating the Future".

If we talk about Event Highlights, Our booth was a highlight of the event, showcasing cutting-edge kitchen innovations like the Robot OMNI, Mixing Kettle Vesta VP & VM, and HTK-140, designed for smarter, more efficient cooking. Visitors enjoyed live cooking demos, where our chefs prepared flavorful stir-fried meat and vegetables, spicy mapo tofu, and perfectly cooked fried rice (チャーハン).
We also hosted mini seminars, featuring a live demo of the Robot Kettle OMNI and insights into next-generation cooking technology. The excitement was high, and every moment was a perfect blend of innovation and great food! Thanks to team Hattori!

A Special Moment for Our OMNI’s TV Debut
